Industrial 3D Printing in Israel for Functional Parts
Need a functional technical part, a prototype, a custom or replacement component, or a short production run? Stage 13 helps turn your part requirement into a practical project, from design development through 3D printing.
We start with what the part needs to do, where it fits and its working conditions. Before quotation, we review the geometry, material and application requirements to establish a suitable approach—whether you have a finished model or need CAD/design and prototype development first.
Have a model or drawing and a material choice? Use Request a Quote. If your design or material choice is still open, start with a discussion:
Industrial applications for functional parts
Functional prototypes
We develop prototypes for functional evaluation and design refinement. Tell us what you need to learn from the prototype: how it fits an assembly, how it functions or which design details need further development.
Custom technical and replacement components
When a standard part does not fit your requirement, or an original component is unavailable or discontinued, a custom component may be the next step. We produce custom technical and replacement components for mechanical systems. Share the part's geometry, how it fits the assembly and what it needs to do so we can assess the design and material for your application.
Short-run production
We produce short runs of functional components. Specify the quantity and whether the design is still being developed or is ready for production review.
Is 3D printing suitable for your part?
Geometry, critical dimensions and assembly
Identify overall dimensions, mounting points, mating surfaces and clearances. Mark critical dimensions and required tolerances on a drawing so we can assess the fit and dimensional requirements alongside the model.
Loads, temperature and operating conditions
Describe the forces acting on the part, expected temperatures, movement and exposure to chemicals or outdoor conditions. Tell us whether you need a visual model or a working component, and flag any safety-critical requirements. These details guide the design and material discussion.
Materials selected for the application
Documented materials and their scope
Material selection follows the application: the part's geometry, working conditions and intended use. Available options include PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, polycarbonate (PC), Nylon (PA), and carbon-fiber- or glass-fiber-reinforced materials. PLA is for models and non-load-bearing applications.
See our Materials page for more detail on the options.
Not sure which material to choose?
Tell us what the part needs to do and the conditions it will face. Start through Contact for help with material selection; Request a Quote is for projects with a file and material choice ready.
From file submission to production estimate
Send the model or technical drawing
Prepare an STL or STEP file, or a technical drawing, along with:
- Quantity required and intended use.
- Overall size, critical dimensions and assembly details.
- Loads, temperature and other operating conditions.
- Material choice and desired deadline.
Include relevant drawings even when you have a model, so requirements that geometry alone cannot convey are clear.
Technical review and quotation
Technical review brings the model, material and application requirements together into a project scope and estimate. We discuss any design work or prototype development needed before production, along with cost and timing.
What affects cost and lead time?
Material, geometry and quantity
The part's geometry, selected material and requested quantity shape the estimate. Include these together so the quotation reflects the component and the number of parts you need.
Application requirements and desired deadline
Design development and application requirements also affect the scope. Share your desired deadline and any project dependencies at the start so we can address scheduling in the quotation discussion.
Examples of technical component design
Explore the Inductive Sensor Mount and Custom Mounting Frame in our portfolio for examples of technical component design. They offer a starting point for discussing your own mounting or component requirement.
Industrial 3D printing questions
Which files should I send?
Start with STL, STEP or a PDF technical drawing. The quote form also lists STP, ZIP, JPG and JPEG. Add the application details alongside the file.
Can I request help without a finished model?
Yes. Start through Contact with the technical problem, part requirement and any drawings, dimensions or photos you have. We can discuss the design work needed next.
How is material suitability assessed?
We review the part's geometry, intended use and working conditions. Include any mandatory material requirements in your inquiry.
Can I order a short production run?
Yes. Include the required quantity and design status so we can review the scope.
When will the production timeline be confirmed?
After technical review, as part of the quotation discussion. Include your desired deadline with the inquiry.
What if my technical files are confidential?
Discuss confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive files. Project files and technical information are used for evaluation and execution of the requested work.
Request a technical review for your part
Start with the model you have—or the part you need. Stage 13 is based in Nahariya, Israel, and works with customers on functional parts, prototypes, custom components and short runs.
Have a model or technical drawing and a material choice? Send it with the quantity, working conditions and desired deadline for technical review and a project-specific estimate.
CAD not ready, or unsure about the material? Tell us the technical problem, what the part needs to do and where it fits. Share any available dimensions, drawings or photos to begin the discussion.
